I, Mythical Magicspirit, has been adviced by Countess Magicspirit to keep a note of all the irregularities that is happening, in hopes to be able to look back to the past if anything in the future goes wrong. I will log daily updates that I find regarding the Phantom Dimension.

All my findings are from Play Wild!, and does not bear a connection with Animal Jam… yet, could it be, that the danger is spreading quick?

October 2018, Temple of Zios– in the Temple of Zios there are odd things seeming to be in construction. What’s happen? I feel malice in the air…

02 November 2018, Temple of Zios- a broadcast was made that the rubble turned into a portal, the clock ticking down as every second changes. I wonder what is inside? Judging by the phantom on the archway as well as the aura, I could not think of anything other than bad news. I hope Jamaa will be safe.

04 November 2018, Temple of Zios- there was no warning. Early after the reset, an hour or so after, a phantom appeared from behind the portal, perhaps unaware of us and floated before the portal. With that, the eye of the phantom of the gate opened, scanning the being, and opening the portal. Without thinking much, I rushed in. There was no time to spare. There was another countdown- five minutes. I don’t know what that means but I have to get in before it ends. I’m sure of it.

04 November 2018, Phantom Dimension- you could say that I stepped in prepared, but I did not expect such a perfect copy of the land I was in just seconds ago. With the colours all drained away, replaced with a cloud of gloom, animals by phantoms, and sunlight by shadows, I knew that this was not Jamaa. I shall call it the Phantom Dimension, for this seems to be where the phantoms have their haven. I explored a bit, and conversed with one of them. How odd, why am I not attacked? Even though I have harvested Paintseeds and started to act against them? I was confused, but didn’t question it, and once I exhausted myself, I dragged myself out of the place through the portal. I made sure to take down notes on the back of my journal, as not to forget a single detail I saw or experienced.

04 November 2018, Temple of Zios- I was surprised when I returned to see the portal locked. Other Jammers voiced their frustration, and so did I. What did I just experience? What was that?

04 November 2018, Jamaa Township- it seems like the Alphas got wind of the situation, and Sir Gilbert quickly sent out an update about it. No one was harmed- that was good. Was I in danger myself? I wasn’t sure.

07 November 2018, Jamaa Journal- this time Graham reached out to us instead. It seems like that the portal could still be accessed. I wonder if he will break the code? I hope so, I’m intrigued in finding more!

10 November 2018, Jamaa Journal- Peck has made an announcement with the Alpha’s conclusion- a code to open it up! Quickly, I rushed out to get myself the Phantom Flight Suit, and did the commands in order. After doing the sad emote and sitting, the phantom gate’s eye opened to scan me. It was just like before! Would it work, though? The eye turned green, and, quickly, I did the ninja emote and called out, “Open sesame!”

That did the trick. The portal opened up once more for me.

14 November 2018, Jamaa Journal- Liza releases her own story of the Phantom Journal. With an Alpha stepping in we might have a chance against this threat. I wonder what kind of secrets Liza found out?

17 November 2018, Jamaa Journal- Cosmo released a new page regarding the magical potions the Spiky Phantom sells. I’m curious of their effects, but how can I get them? Too much work is needed, but aren’t they intriguing?

21 November 2018, Jamaa Journal- Greely sent word out that the portal appears to be closing due to Phantoms being suspicious and upset at the number of “phantoms” going in and out. I wonder if this is the end of it all?

29 November 2018, Phantom Dimension- how festive! The Phantom Dimension has been decorated for the Jamaalidays, and the Spiky Phantom dressed up! Does the changes reflect on what’s happening in Jamaa, though?

02 January 2018, Jamaa Journal- more news on the Phantom Portal. It seems like something greater has happened, I have to go in and check.

02 January 2019, Phantom Dimension- I entered the lands, to defeat more phantoms, and learned that more gates has appeared and allowed me to venture other lands, namely Phantom Dimension’s Kimbara Outback, Appondale, Mt. Shiveer, Coral Canyons and Crystal Sands. In addition, I also met two other new Phantoms, a large one and one shaped like bats. I was careless as I was out battling, and got hurt.

02 January 2019, Phantom Dimension- these two new Phantoms I faced made me careless, introducing a “no tap” tap feature, tapping on it would result in failure and for the phantom to lash out at you and attack.

09 January 2019, Jamaa Township- two new pages about the Phantom Dimension was pinned onto the bulletin board. Seems like not only I had ventured deep into the area, finding the sales-phantom. The next page also talks a bit about potions. Interesting. However nothing was mentioned of the gacha-phantom.

23 January 2019, Jamaa Township- news that were posted up said that the Phantom Portal in the Temple of Zios would soon be closed. Did the phantoms realise our coming and goings? Regardless I found an alternative way to enter once more, I hope that my journeys could continue…

23 January 2019, Jamaa Township- in addition, a bulletin about two potions sold in the Phantom Dimension has been posted on the board.

30 January 2019, Temple of Zios- was my calculation wrong? The portal closed a day earlier than I anticipated. There were no signs of the portal in the land anymore, but luckily I just have my own method to getting into the Phantom Dimension… I hope that this one-day speed up does not mean anything significant.

22 September 2021, Jamaa Township- There seems to be a reminder about the Phantom Dimension recently. I wonder why… Will it become important soon again?

04 October 2021– An odd announcement has made its way to an external platform, the Daily Explorer. I am not familiar with this platform, and have promptly missed the announcement. It seems to be an “invitation” to party with the Phantoms, no doubt to cause chaos. Though this invitation gave me some worries – how long have the Phantoms known about the portals? Are they aware about normal animals, us Jammers, roaming around their realm then? That we know the code? Is that why the merchant have not been talking to me?

05 October 2021- The Phantoms has hijacked this external board for posting. It’s invitation seems rather malicious, but I cannot say what has happened, for I was away during the time of the party. I can only hope those who got the invitation were wise not to follow instructions, and had their Paintseeds with them.

Lands

Temple of Zios

The first location one arrives upon reaching the Phantom Dimension. Shrouded in odd purple light, with phantoms patrolling around. There is a Paintseed Tree located near the portal, as well as a Spiky Phantom who sells items. Accessible as of 04 November 2018.

It is possible to go to Jamaa Township as well as Sarepia Forest by defeating a set amount of phantoms. There is also a gate leading towards Crystal Sands, accessible starting from 02 January 2019, in which you are required to beat a total of 25 Phantoms to open.

The phantoms found in this land are proto-phantoms and normal phantoms, save for the spiky phantom shop keeper.

On 10 October 2020, the an odd occurrence in the real world seems to reflect here, with the statue of Zios missing, phantoms now occupy this space.

Sarepia Forest

A winding maze of wooden floor boards. The slide does not work, as well as the rope ladder. With phantoms patrolling the area, it might be a little tricky to navigate. Accessible as of 04 November 2017, if five phantoms are defeated in the Phantom Temple of Zios. Upon entry from the Temple of Zios, there is a Paintseed tree right by the entrance.

There are pathways to connect to Temple of Zios and Jamaa Township. The pathway leading to other areas, Coral Canyons and Mt. Shiveer, are accessible as of 02 January 2019.

The types of phantoms found here are normal phantoms and spiky phantoms.

Jamaa Township

The phantom version of the heart of Jamaa, with an assortment of phantoms swarming around, keeping an eye of the area. Accessible as of 04 November 2018, it is required to defeat fifteen phantoms to unlock the area. There is a Paintseed tree by the entrance via the Phantom Temple of Zios.

Jamaa Township can be accessed via Sarepia Forest or Temple of Zios. There are also pathways to go to Kimbara Outback and Appondale, in which both requires 25 Phantoms to be defeated before opening.

The phantoms found here are the spiky phantoms and normal phantoms.

The Mira statue that is the pride of the township has been trapped in a cage of phantom malice.

On 10 October 2020, the an odd occurrence in the real world seems to reflect here, with Mira gone in the township, Phantoms swarm in this cage.

Appondale

The phantom version of  Appondale. Surprisingly there is still a mud wallow. Accessible as of 02 January 2019. A paintseed tree stands by the entrance to Jamaa Township, the only way in and out of the area.

The types of phantoms found here are the spiky phantoms, heavy phantoms and bat phantoms.

Kimbara Outback

The phantom version of Kimbara Outback. Accessible of 02 January 2019. A paintseed tree can be found near the entrance to area, close to a heavy phantom. The only way in and out is via the route to Jamaa Township.

Types of phantoms found are the spiky phantom, heavy phantom and bat phantom.

Mt. Shiveer

The phantom version of Mt. Shiveer. The cold land was swarming with phantoms, the hot pool and ice replaced with phantom sludge. There is a paintseed tree by the entrance via Crystal Sands. Mt. Shiveer is accessible through Crystal Sands or Sarepia Forest.

The type of phantoms are heavy phantoms and spiky phantoms. At the peak of the mountain, you can find a gacha phantom, hidden in shadows, who gives you random items in exchange of a paintseed.

On 10 October 2020, the an odd occurrence in the real world seems to reflect here, with a rift opening up where the ice was once more, phantoms now swirl above this area.

Crystal Sands

The phantom version of Crystal Sands. The water is oddly… water. The paintseed tree can be found beside the double helix slides. One can also enjoy the slides in the area. There are pathways to the Temple of Zios and Mt. Shiveer, which needs over 25 phantoms to be defeated to open. There is a locked gate to, theoretically speaking, the Canyon Pathway.

The types of phantoms found in this area are heavy phantoms, spiky phantoms and bat phantoms.

Coral Canyons

The phantom’s version of Coral Canyons gloomy and dark. A potted paintseed tree can be found by the stairs across the phantom art studio. There is a pathway to Sarepia Forest and a locked one to, theoretically speaking , Canyon Pathway.

Phantoms one can find are the heavy phantoms, bat phantoms, spiky phantoms and an aquatic phantom, which one can find in the waters of the area, similar to the one that could be found in the minigame of Jamaa: Escape the Phantoms.

Along the way, I found notes from the Phantom King to the other phantoms. I know I have to take note of them and analyse them!

Phantom Temple of Zios- could the Night of the Phantoms be the trigger to this incident? With phantoms seen occasionally around, to gather negative energy? Without their existence in our area, phantoms could be as good as gone!

Phantom Temple of Zios- The Phantom King looking down at us! However, they are wrong- we do know the code.

Phantom Temple of Zios- a classic. The phantoms strive for destruction! What is their mission? Is it simply to destroy and conquer Jamaa?

Phantom Sarepia Forest- a command from the king. The first time I visited I managed to evade them, but now, I think I’ve fooled them… pretending to be a phantom with my dark colours and ability to float- I’m saved for now as I continue to explore this vast land!

Phantom Sarepia Forest- is this the truth behind pet phantoms? Why are they being reported? Are they trying to change their ways the king loves?

Phantom Sarepia Forest- the key to maintaining the level of chaos in their land. We of Jamaa are why they exist, and we are the reason why they still do! However, if regularly maintained, we might have an upper hand to infiltrate…

Phantom Jamaa Township- phantoms seem to be expected to be in tip-top condition! No happiness, no individuality!

Phantom Jamaa Township- I believe everyone knows this…! They simply seek to conquer the land just to expand and cause chaos…! For what purpose though?

Phantom Jamaa Township- The Alphas will forever be feared. Could this be the hint to how we can defeat phantoms in the near future?

This NPC dwells in Phantom Dimension’s Temple of Zios, selling you an array of items, from potions to accessories to den items.
